  • Cancellations

    Recognizing the occasional need for scheduling modifications, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Should a cancellation or rescheduling be necessary within 24 hours of the appointment, a charge equivalent to 50% of the reserved service will be applied, should you opt for rescheduling. Your understanding of this policy is greatly appreciated as it facilitates the smooth operation of our salon.

  • No Call / No Show

    In adherence to our commitment to maintaining a seamless appointment experience and respecting the time of both clients and staff, we have established this policy to address unattended appointments. Following a single occurrence of a no-call, no-show appointment, clients will be required to submit a deposit prior to their next appointment. Upon a second instance of a no-call, no-show appointment, we will be unable to continue serving the client.

  • Referral Only

    Our salon operates exclusively on an appointment and referral basis, a decision underpinned by our commitment to providing an exceptional and personalized service. The advanced scheduling of all our existing clients for the entirety of the year has resulted in limited availability. We welcome you to reach out to us where our team will be delighted to assist you in arranging an appointment.

  • Consultations Required

    At Bad Wolf Studio, our commitment lies in providing you with exceptional and personalized hair care experiences. In this spirit, we've introduced a policy that encourages all new clients and those interested in specialized hair services like extensions and color corrections to partake in a consultation before setting up appointments. This consultation is a crucial step in getting to know your unique hair needs and discussing your vision and goals. Your collaboration with us is greatly appreciated as we strive to offer you the highest level of salon service and expertise.

  • Feeling Sick?

    When you recieve your 48-hour confirmation text, take note of how you are feeling. If you should need to cancel anytime after the confirmation text, we ask that you contact the salon by text and your stylist directly if possible to reschedule. We ask that you do not come to your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of a transmittable illness. Lets all try to stay healthy!
